Q1. How can I make sure this item fits my car?
A: When ordering, please send us your original car radio photo and tell us your car model and year. If our equipment does not fit or is not compatible with your car, we will tell you to cancel your order before shipping.
Q2. What is your warranty after purchase?
A: We provide a one-year warranty service for our products. One year factory warranty (excluding accessories). Warranty will be void in the following cases: (1) Damage caused by: Excessive wear, dirt, misuse, improper installation or operation, neglect, accident. (2) Any damage caused by improper packaging when the buyer returns the item to us. (3) If the item is disassembled or repaired by an unauthorized person.
Q3. Does the price include tax or duty?
A: Our prices do not include import tax/customs charges in the destination country, the buyer is responsible for all these charges.
Q4. Do you test all shipments before delivery?
A: Yes, we do 100% testing before delivery. We will do reprocessing and quality inspection before sending them out of the factory.
Q5: Can we install the DVD unit by ourselves?
A: We recommend customers to take the product to an auto repair shop to find a professional for installation, because wrong installation may damage the equipment.
